My better half loves baking and makes a mean shortbread, but she's been too busy making croissants and danishes to make me any. Sigh.

Its nice to have friends who think enough about us.. to bring us a little something from their trips.. and even nicer when its a gift we can enjoy and taunt others on XMTS LOL.. hehehehe.. I can almost picture you holding shortbread to the screen doing the shortbread eating dance... and scarfing the whole lot.. LOL....enjoy... and as you savor the shortbread.. savor the friendship you have with this person...

I wish somebody would send me some shortbread!

All I have is this Traditional Shortbread gold medal from last years contest at the Houston games.
