Nah, if I find a good one, great. If not, that's OK.

Thanks guys. I should have included the brew pub option as that is also a favourite of mine.

I've used that in the past. I also use The brewpub finder on the website All About Beer.

I do believe that the tilted kilt in Vegas is closed, they started there but have since moved their coprorate offices to Tempe Az. I don't think that they operate a store in Las Vegas anymore. Sorry.

I always do a search for micro breweries and brew pubs if I plan to spend a couple days some where. I used beeradvocate.com for the last trip and it worked out. If you can find one brewpub the beertender will usually direct you to several more.
When I go north to the bay area in California I always try to drop by the Santa Maria Brewing co in Nipomo, one of my top 5.

Not to stray too far, but 'a friend' of mine pointed me to a web site that is used for finding gentlemen's clubs in all cities. Not as spouse-friendly as the aforementioned pubcrawler, but fun in a kilt I'm sure. PM if you want the link
Sorry Mods, I tried to keep it high brow. After all it is my 300th post.

Yo Mikey,
YES, The Tilted Kilt at the Rio is long closed. It wasn't that much anyway other than a very cool leather jacket....in memorium now.
There is the original neighborhood Tilted Kilt in Vegas - or it was - but it was greasy and old and empty when I checked it out a couple years ago. May not even be there now either.
You DO want to go to Nine Fine Irishmen in the New York, New York...great food, great ambiance, and I think the bar is like three stories high.

Pic is back in the dining area.
And...do yourself a favor and go to the strip shops on the upstairs walkway between Mandalay Bay and Luxor and get a FRESH GROUND buffalo burger for $20 at the Burger Bar. It'll melt in your mouth.

And, you can wash it down with a microbrew.
Trust me,
Ron

Once I get somewhere I'll look around for a microbrew pub or a bar with a great beer selection.
These days I travel with the whole family, so I don't get out much.
