SSSHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Don't let the secret out.
See, Grant stands up when he Skypes. He turns the camera and points it straight up at his face.
Then he Skypes everyone he knows. And comes back here and tells us all how much people look up to him.

....and here I was, assuming that Grant would have pointed the camera at his sporran.

I'll tell you, Alan, I ordered a pair from Sydnie for the same reason. I weigh in at just under 290, I hike, I'm a martial artist- my calves are huge! I actually just finished measuring for a Flamingo kilt, so I have my tape out- my calves measure at 22 inches of solid muscle, so when I walk and these monsters flex, they stretch hose to just about the limits I think (except for my Lewis Rich's, which are wonderfully comfortable!) So as soon as I get my toppers, I'll make sure to let you know how they work on me.

Ah but Alan, Grant knows that this is a family friendly site.
He's been slapped by Jamie enough.

I just got my cuffs. Not only do they actually fit around my monster sized calves, they fit very comfortably. They aren't stretched out of shape as I had feared might happen. And they're beautiful! I love them. I'll post pictures... sometime tonight or tomorrow.

Alan, if you were to give a hint of approximate calf size and a preferred color or two, my psychic (or is that psychotic) powers tell me that something good might happen...

I doubt I ever find hose that are too small.....ever.... based on calf size. any of you guys watch clone high, the one season it got? If so I will pretty much look like Scudworth wearing a kilt :P
You know I never would have thought hose would be such a critical item in and of itself when i start this kilting adventure.
