As the temperature gets up high, I wouldn't be surprised if you end up "inspiring" your co-workers to get their own kilts. It could either be a new trend, or force the upper management to re-think the shorts policy (but once kilts become the norm at the job, I doubt folks will head back to shorts).
I had a co-worker mention to me that she wants to outlaw shorts so the guys will be forced into kilts -- and really, who am I to argue ?
