Great pics. Thanks for posting these. I've got some that I took of the athletic competition, as well as some video of the massed bands. I'll try to post them when I get home this evening.

This was the first games where I have run the Clan Tent

The first XMTS gathering - That's me and Carolina Kilt man, but I've lost the list of names for the other two!!!

Massed bands for the opening ceremony included Scotland County High School who have a pipe band, a kilted marching band and Highland dancers!

And then we have (from left) Kilt em all, MacDaihbidh, NCMC, KFCarter, Mischief Tech and Beedee. NCMC's kids are kilted too!!

And finally, Mischief Tech played for us:

Thanks for posting the pictures. It was great meeting everyone from XMTS. It was our first time out as a kilted family. The good news is the boys loved it. The bad news is that now I have to support 3 habits (the baby is still undecided).

The Clan MacRae tent hospitality was top notch! By the way, the fellow in the unidentified couple in your fourth photo is a MacArthur whom I had only just met that day... believe his first name is Bob.

It was a wonderful day and it was truly a pleasure to get to meet all you XMarkers in person... I'm sure it won't be our last meeting.
