Tartan Shortbread Jock, thank you for the kindest of compliments. We have seen you and your posts and photos as you have dwelt among us for a while, and it is fine to see you about.

I hoope that we shall be friends for a long time, and when you do get to the U. S., be sure to let the rabble know so we can come to meet you and buy you a . . .Coke or something.

I am honored to read what you have said so kindly about me.

    Hey, Rodger (aka JolyStNicholas),

Where'd you get that photo that makes me look so old? (I actually look about 35 in most pictures.) The missing moustache, which was itself much older than many posters here, was the result of a tragic accident. My son, who is 32, doesn't remember ever seeing me without a moustache and such short hair.

The photo Rodger shares is from our gathering at the Celtic Tavern the night before the Stone Mountain Games, and that scotch on the table is from the private stock kept for a local attorney and me.

At least the old geezer has a really cool cromach.

Jim I thought that was rather a GOOD picture of you. Well it was taken before you all started sampling the GOOD STUFF out of those little Silver thing-ah-ma-bobs you were all hording that night. Maybe I should of waited and taken the picture after the Scotch was all gone!
