    Thanks, Tatonka. I appreciate the comment. I'm sure I'll get better with all of this as I become more experienced, and get more "stuff!"

    Anyway, the hat is an Irish caubeen. It's not a beret. I purchased mine through Alexis Malcolm Kilts. Also, James Byous is the American manufacturer of this item. Do a web search and you'll get to both sites. I've received many positive comments about the caubeen. In fact, Alexis said here husband is all Scottish, but prefers the caubeen. Oh well, Irish, Scottish...it's all Celtic.
