    No, the label is anonymous as to maker. I purchased the kilt from Sulshi International of Sialkot, Pakistan, who are perhaps better known as a supplier of bagpipes and chanters.
    Regional Director for Scotland for Clan Cunningham International, and a Scottish Armiger.
