Wow, all that lifting. I'm tired...will pass on the weights. Headed out the door for a 50 mile bike ride. Good luck with your lifting program.

OK, as interest seems minimal, and participation in this forum has dropped off to next to nothing, I'm ending my training log posts. The 2-3 guys who look here every now and then know where to "find me" and my training info.
Best of luck to any and all who aspire to throwing the heavy stuff.
