Hi, Brian, nice to see you on the forum!

I've actually had some experience with this and have emailed Brian about the problem in the past. I have this same problem from time to time, but only when I am using Internet Explorer. If I use Chrome or Firefox as my browser, I never have any problem. So it seems to be some glitch between STA's new site and IE.

I haven't tried different versions of IE to see if it's a problem with IE in general or just IE8. I'm using Chrome more and more as my default browser, anyway.
