William Wallace Day

I'll celebrate on Sunday, 8/22 with a toast to William Wallace at the British Pub that evening. Monday, 8/23 I'll wear the kilt at both of the jobs, I'll be working. I'll make up cards of the above plaque to give out to people who ask that day, "Why are you wearing the kilt?"

Ask.com responded to the question, "Does Scotland celebrate, William Wallace Day?" with the answer "24/7."
Do the same.

I'll be wearing my kilt at work tomorrow and Saturday. I hope to maintain some form of sobriety, but I can't promise anything. :beer:

I am meeting up with a friend for a drink and a trip to a casino tommorow so I will be kilted as well as my celidh on saturday

Well here I am at work in my kilt. We'll see if anyone says anything. I'll be wearing it tomorrow as well. I hope everyone remembers to raise at least one dram.

Those pictures are a fine idea, Mael Colum.
They ought to answer just about all questions on the line of “Why are you wearing a kilt?”
But of course there’s no accounting for the arrogance of ignorance :;-):
Any day is good for wearing a kilt, but it helps to have these special days . . .
