It's done. I shipped it today at lunch. I've asked her for pictures, so cross your fingers.

Those of you who live in Arizona may be able to see it in action in February.

Great stuff Alan, one very athletic looking lady who will look even better in a kilt made by you.

This is an accurate reflection on my turnaround time for a kilt these days.

We agreed on either making her a kilt or a bottle of Absinthe for Christmas, back at the beginning of September. I rediscovered the Warrior tartan at the end of September and told her that she could have a PURPLE kilt, if she so desired, and check out the tartan.

Early October I heard back...she wanted the kilt.
Early January, I ship it. That's a four month turnaround time.

well better than the turnaround time on my own Ancient MacNaughton, which is going on three years, now.

I don't blame her for residing in Arizona, it's a lovely state...even when its 116, one can still enjoy it through windows.

Will she be attending the games coming up in Feb?

Thanks, Alan. That's a nice write up and informative to boot.

She's also a very nice looking lass which never hurts my feeleings.

WE'll all be glad to see her wearing one of your creations.

I expect so. I think I saw her confirm that she was going, on Facebook.
