You can thank the Red's for this season. First for rehabbing Josh Hamilton for you, second for being blind to what was assumed to be too much pitching early and getting out of the Cliff Lee race thinking he was going to NYY.

I'm still pulling for the senior circuit

Yikes, what a game last night. And, I was forced to watch the whole thing based on the situation I was in.

Be strong Jack. Yes, the Giants are a scrappy bunch but the Rangers have a more powerful hitting line up. Playing by NL rules takes some getting use to and I hope the skipper Ron Washington can figure it out quickly. What a mistake putting Vlad in the outfield!

Having been a National League fan all my life, I have a hard time rooting for anyone in the American League.

    But . . .

I'll make an exception this time. I don't like the Giants, I love Dallas, and I have friends and family there. And . . . this is their first ever trip to the Big Show.

And--finally--the Astros's really ugly uniforms were probably surpassed by Charlie Finley's Oakland A's back in the 70s.

Ouch! Tonight's got to be better. Didn't the Giants use up their run quota for the series last night?

Those old Astros uniforms are a part of ancient history.
