    I was concidering them but there was room after I did up the Coffee House line this year to do them right.

    About Trinity, it would have to be a maybe as I work the next day.

    Here is the final product -



    Just got to dip a few more caramel and toffee, box everything up and mail it out.

    Added a couple different designs, flavors and techniques. I am really liking the Scottie dog, plaid/tartan transfers and the orange speckled ones. I have to replace some of my old molds next year as some of them are sticking from scratches. It gives less than smooth, shiny finishes.

    All goes well and somewhere from 48-55lbs of candy should be going out.

    That is some serious sweet-tooth jonesing for the right individual.

    Luckily, I tend toward the savory. Give me a fist full of cashews or a nice bowl of olives anyday... My WIFE, OTOH, would be breaking down your door and accosting your postman to get her hands on those

    I am a chocoholic, I've been clean for 6 weeks and now Drac you've gone and bust my bubble Seriously, they are some mighty fine looking goodies and I do have a chocolate problem. That box would last me about 10 minutes, thank goodness I don't live close by. Thanks for the step by step photos, it gives me a new appreciation for what I usually just woof down
