    I like my eggnog without the egg, and go real easy on the nog.

    Martha Stewart's recipie is now used in our house: JD bourbon, rum, brandy. Lots & lots of each. Do not serve to drivers.

    I add just a little spiced rum to mine at times. But usually I cut it with milk to make it last longer. My family will sometimes mix it with ginger ale, though this makes a mess if you don't pour in the right order.

    I prefer a good Kentucky bourbon or Canadian whiskey in my eggnog --I just can't bring myself to put a quality scotch in it.

    Not a big drinker, so straight with some additional nutmeg on top does it for me.
