I'm going to swim upstream here and say I don't find it all that remarkable that someone in Arizona recognized the Arizona tartan.

Bob, I like your way of thinking. Surely people should know their own state tartan.
In my country we don’t even have an agreed national tartan, let alone provincial tartans. But I am working on that . . .

Not that I've ever had it done (shudder), but a quick search shows a Brazilian is about $65-70 in a reputable spa.
