Not originally from WV actually, moved here years ago and settled back here after I got out of the Army. Originally I hail from Newport RI. But since I am of mainly Portuguese descent, perhaps there is a little Scot down the line.

I'm in California now but I'm originally from Chesapeake WV (near Charleston).
You might get a kick out of attending the West Virginia Highland Games in Bridgeport.
Coming up soon! May 7 2011.
As usual, I will be flying back there to attend (and hanging out with relatives!) So if you go to the Games you'll see me wandering about.
