Two questions: What are the qualifications for such a career? Is anyone hiring right now?

Okay, a third question: Do you need an assistant?

How much would you charge to adopt me for "take your son to work" day?

We have two Irish single malts from Cooley. If released by them, they would be Connemara and Tyrconnell--however we release them at a different age, a different proof, and do not chillfilter like Cooley does.

We have a few wines, but no Biddenden. We have a Vin Santo, ice wine, fortified Mucat, etc.

I'll give you a tour of Vom Fass and you can give me a tour of your home bar!

Guess I'm just a little too subtle for you. I half expected a variation on the Monty Python Cheese Shop sketch by way of reply.

Hahah, sorry. I kind of blocked that from my mind at my last job when I was a cheesemonger and everyday some really funny person would come in and make that joke (as if I've never heard it before!)
