I was there and had a great time, the weather turned out first class as you know and what an atmosphere on the Green.

Thanks Alex, You always provide great pictures of the events you attend, it brings them that much closer to us and at the same time makes us envious that we are not there with you! I'll have to see about getting my a**e into gear and maybe attending one day soon.

Almost like I was there. I was very disappointed to not make the trip this year. I had been practicing with The Pasadena Scots but the travel to their practices was too much (eight hours all told, with driving through LA rush hour traffic on a weekday). By the way they wear the California tartan.

About viewing The Worlds, the BBC live streams the entire Grade One (both Qualifiers and Finals) every year, worldwide, for free. This is a wonderful, awesome service.

Yet again I was up at 1am to cheer on local lads The LA Scots. (Who, despite their name, actually practice in Orange County.)
