Wow that "Loch Lomond" was pretty amazing- shows that any song could be transformed into the 1940s Hollywood jazzy kitschy style.
Highland Dancing will never be the same.
LOL about the pipers- what a sweet gig! Hired to stand there in full kit and do nothing. (Been there, done that!)
From the same period, Tiny Grimes and his Rocking Highlanders, more showbiz "kilts"
