Day 3 MO 9/12
Our hotel in Carlisle was feline friendly!
This day I wore my Newsome box pleat in XMarks the Scot tartan.
We traveled to a section of Hadrian’s Wall. I was looking forward to this. We parked next to an abandoned quarry.
I hiked up a hill to take this photo.
These sheep had no problem in jumping the wall!
I added a thistle to my dandelion!
We traveled to Jedburgh. Looking through the window there is a large tree on the horizon between two hills. This is a popular cinema shooting location more recently used in the movies; The Eagle and Gladiator.
I took many pix through the coach’s window which I’ll be posting here for you to have a feel of the scenery.
Goodbye, England!

Great pics! Any comments from the locals about the PV kilt?

Great pics again from Ern. The front yard landscaping is fabulous. Looking forward to the next group of photos.

Not a negative word was heard. Most didn't realize it was. When discussed it's practicality (drop it in the washer) and value put folks in awe.

Super pics, Ern, I am really looking forward to viewing the rest of your pics. I always love to see my home country through the eyes of one of our visitors. It was great to meet you again at Abbotsford.
