Utilikilts Blue Denim Workman's

Riverkilt there goes another large bottle of Downy.
Has anyone else noticed a difference in the feel of the black verses the blue denim Workmans? I have two blues and one black. One of the blues is very new, only washed twice, and is already softer than my 9 month old black.
All of them recieved the same Downy treatment, hang dry and 10 minutes in a cold dryer with a dozen tennis balls every wash cycle.

Never had a black denim.

This blue denim wasn't as "hard" as the blue denim original I had when it arrived. Was just like a new pair of jeans used to be off the shelf back in the '50s before they "prewore" them, buffed them, rolled them in rocks, etc.
