Does this kilt fit correctly?

Looks good on your lad. I have to admit, I'm a fan of the somewhat subdued tones in this kilt. Good choice for sure! =)

Overall it looks good on you. For the pulling effect on the front and at the "hip" section of the pleat, it looks to me like the kilt is being worn about a half inch too an inch to low based on where the fell ends on your backside. You may try hiking it up just a wee bit and find that it sits flatter on the front without pulling on the pleats. A great looking kilt.
