Sorry, quit smoking years ago and glad that I did.

Doesn't matter how nice it smells, still tobacco.

Never had the xmas cheer. Is it a VaPer, or English??
just Virginia's. I've got one opened and one put away and just picked up a 2002 and 2007 from the ole auction site in the sky. The 2011 I've smoked has a nice tangy-ness to it, but a pretty mellow smoke all around.

    Re: Smoking

Yep, the tobacco is a pure Virginia from the 2007 crop, very good!

The pipe is a Stanwell "BOA", I got it from my grandparents for Christmas in 1995.

    Re: Smoking

I am a cigar smoker... that being said last night my cigar buddy and myself got each other some cheap pipes and a locally blended pipe tobacco. Quite nice. I can see myself spending as much on my sticks as pipes if I were to get carried away - but frankly the pipe is a bit more practical when I want a quick smoke, a cigar is at least a 30 minute timeout on the porch.

that's the minimum for a small pipe for me.

    Re: Smoking

Am celebrating my 262nd day off the evil weed which is no longer allowed in pubs over here in any case.

Pipe tobacco still smells nice though.
