Just beautiful here on the Oregon Coast. It's about 50 degrees during the day, the sun was shining brightly, and the water was sparkling. Tonight, the moon sent a beautiful cascade of light across the water right in front of my house. No clouds, just stars and more stars. I live for these days and nights!

Last night no snow. Woke up this morning and there is about 8 inches of the White stuff. Just dug the car out . But it won't be going anywhere. Will just have to browse eBay for bargains.

Been cool here the last two days but as usaul there was loads of sunshine.
Minimum last night was 13.5 and it only got to 27C today.
Perfect for cycling

Temperature was in the mid 40s for several days last week.
While that may be a tad on the uncomfortable side, having spent my first twenty something years in a miserable, wet and cold climate I am not complaining. In choosing a place to live (as opposed to visit) I prefer the heat any day. We can plan BBQs and beach visits weeks ahead with confidence. Love it!

35 through to 37C is forcast this coming week.

Been cooler here. Was 70F last week. Now staying in the 50-55F range and 30's at night. Great weather. I can finally wear my wool sweaters and heavy kilt hose.

This has been the warmest December and January on record for the Tampa Bay area of Florida.

Compared to two years ago, which was the coldest in recorded history, where I actually went out hunting in 2 inches of snow around Brooksville (about 1.5 hours / 80 miles North of a drive). It's very surreal being surrounded by palmetto thickets and palm trees covered in snow.

As usual here on the coast of Dorset there were maybe three flakes of snow yesterday lunchtime after a hard frost but then there was rain and the temperature rose well above freezing.
