Re: Cinnamon - Saffron Garter Ties

There should be a special place in Hell for vendors who endeavor to sell sporrans without giving the size of the sporran, shoes without noting a width, products with cute color names without showing a color swatch, and claims that one size fits all or most...it doesn't.
Amen. I've been confused many a time, and scouring for posed pictures, etc.

Also, some sizes run big (what I call "American standard"), and some small (What I call "British standard").

    But I digress.

Forgot to include the vendors that don't think its important to note what fabric their garments are made of. Its important for buyers to know if its cotton or nylon or whatever or what the blend is.

The vendor attitude of "its wonderful, just buy it" is a tad aloof for todays market.

I'm really fortunate I found this place to educate myself before buying my kilt or I could have payed extra for a kilt made from any old mill and blend.

And what's that Gaelic proverb, "self-praise is no recommendation"?

I couldn't agree more. Hooray, you're confident (or want to sound that way) about your product. So, let me see the goods to see if the pride is well-placed.
