    Yes, you are correct...or a 'blanket' plaid. I wear these sometimes at various gatherings, rallies and games.

    Yes, I have seen that site. In fact that page is the only place I've found anything related to construction of a pipers plaid. Since I am going to be making drummers plaids as well I need a bit more of a tutorial on this.
