Re: Kilted Cystolitholapaxy
Glad they did manage to hold you down, Ron! ;-)
And of course very glad you came through it all right.
Get well soon.

Mike

Re: Kilted Cystolitholapaxy

Ladyfriend snapped a pic in post op. They told her that it took five of them to hold me down when I came out of the fog. Seems I wanted that catheter out RIGHT NOW! and was working on doing it myself. I don't recall a thing.

Re: Kilted Cystolitholapaxy
Cracked me up. Since my last post my lady told me the surgeon also told her, "He's strong, he's really strong." How often does a 67 year old geezer hear that?
Healing well, though the first day after gave me great empathy for women on their moon as the "surgical residue" was cleansed out....

Thanks, but they tricked me. They told me to breathe this oxygen...breathe deep. I love huffing oxygen...so I did. Last I remember until after....
Was doing my best to work a good third step though...really was....

Re: Kilted Cystolitholapaxy
Ron,
Coming belatedly to your thread, I can only wish you a speedy and complete recovery - I apologise for not being able to send you positive vibes earlier although it seems you managed perfectly well without them! My best thoughts are with you now, however. Better late than never, I guess. Oh, and that's my hand on your shoulder!
Take care,
Ham.

Hello Ron
Hello Ron!
I like Hamish came to this thread late and so like him my well wishes are belated.
My screen Reader is making a mish-mash of the thread title so I'm in the dark there but do wish you a speedy recovery with absolutly no complications.
One of these days I'll be back down to visit my Sis again and perhaps we'll connect.
Say now that you're on the mend it's time to celebrate! How about a new kilt?
Take Care my friend

May all your blessings be the ones you want and your friends many and true.
