It's about a 78 cm waist, I saw your photo, you won't get into any more than I. No insult intended. I could've gotten into it when I was in 12th grade not scince. Well I don't think we can, anyway.

I used to wear a box pleated Seaforths MOD kilt, very warm but very heavy. The pleating is exceptional, nothing I'd be confident about attempting myself, although I have to say it looked pretty good. Unseen to the observer, there was a thick line of black elastic running under the pleats to hold them in place. Difficult to imagine now, but I had a 28" waist once upon a time.

When I went into the Army I had a 29" waist, also difficult to imagine! 1983
