Gentlemen - unfortunately, due to the distillery's production run schedule (high demand), they are only doing get togethers/tours on Thursday afternoons. I believe this puts a monkey wrench into the plans for a kilt night at the distillery. I'll let you know if something changes.

Afternoons can work for me. My work schedule is more on the flexible side except on on-call weeks...

I'll see if I can convince the head distiller, my buddy, to give us a Saturday night private tour of the distillery.
