If you've got a friend in the IT business you've got a potential source of rare earth magnets. They're an integral part of computer hard drives. Ask you IT friends to set aside any old hard drives they're going to scrap and salvage the magnets from them.

I know, right? I have several nice antler tine tips in the shop left over from other projects, and a Dremel that my dad gave me. Here we go!

Thank you, sir. Right now I have a backlog of 4 kilts, so it'll be a while before I can do any antler carving.

I have made several kilt pins with bear canine teeth, 2 large as a backing, 2 smaller layed in front/top with the last one set at right angle over the joint in the middle. Imagine a crescent joined at the top with a smaller crescent on top of it with the last one at a middle right angle to it. I like the idea of magnets though. ***
Theese bear teeth pins would be OK for kilts?
