Oh my, how my taste bud are wondering if this is as good as it sounds?
Now the recipe is not clear on one point, if the bottle is partially filled with the oat liquid and you fill the rest of the with scotch, won't there be some scotch left. Should you sample the scotch periodically during the aging process of the Atholl Brose? It would not be good if the scotch would somehow go bad while waiting on the Brose.
