Well, after months, here I am again.

the title is misleading, as I was only in England for a few days. Was supposed to visit Derek, but the English hate hitch-hikers generally (how uptight ) and so I decided to go up to Scotland, which was a great succes! Included a few of the most iconic pictures for you below.

Just outside Liverpool, where I landed. Liverpool isn't the greatest of places I find, so I moved on from there quite quickly

Got to Oxford in about 5 hours, which is not bad at all. Spend some lonely time at a gas station though no one wanted to take me with! At least I have Hendrik to keep me company. Hendrik is the sheep in the picture. As the girlfriend could not join, she gave me the sheep to take pictures of instead!

Now I had a tent, but no place to pitch it in Oxford! The reverend of this church kindly let me camp in the back yard.

Backpack in the back, and on to Scotland! Wanted to go to exeter and then on to Derek, but as mentioned that proved impossible

And so I finally got to Edinburgh after sleeping in a gas station the night before, since I got stuck! Adventurous times! Climbed the mountain next to arthur's seat, spend a few nights and then moved on. A couple of friends from edinburgh decided to join me for a while.
