Great photos, Ern! Looks like quite an event.
I'm very curious who these folks are. Reenactors, I presume? I see quite a lot of variation in their uniforms and was wondering if they're supposed to be a particular unit or just random.

Great pics. My family missed the parade for sickness. Now they'll get to see the sights. From the St. Andrews Society color guard, I saw you pass by. A beautiful day for all. Thank you,
Money is flat and meant to be piled up.

While they weren't listed in the line-up of participants, I believe this is Company B, Commonwealth Forces, which is composed of reenactors from several WWII Scottish reenactment units: 7th Bn, The Black Watch; 2nd Bn, Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders; Queens Own Rifles of Canada; and the Royal Highlanders of Canada.
Since each individual reenactment unit is fairly small, they band together for tacticals and other events so as to present a larger formation of between 30-40 men. However, each member wears the uniform of his chosen regiment, thus you see a variety of tartan, bonnets, tunics, hose, etc.
The two red-coated units are the 84th Royal Highland Emmigrants of the American Revolution period, and the Soldiers of the Queen, a Zulu War era reenactment unit. The other WWII battledress units are the Canadian Airborne in the lead and the 15th Scottish Recce Regiment.

Thanks for the pix, Ern. We couldn't make it this year as trip got pre-empted to go to MA to help daughter clean up a bit of Sandy mess. My fair lass appreciated the Clan Scott photo.

Thanks for all the great pictures. It was fun parading through them.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
