Perhaps worth mentioning that vegetarian haggis is now quite popular in Scotland.
Maybe of interest to fellow veggies like CDNSushi and others. e.g.

Recommend the Macsween version but others are available. Don't know if they export.

Last year I attended an informal Burns night gathering and had haggis tacos...yes, tacos; tortilla, shreaded cabbage, crumbled Mexican cheese, picante sauce, avacado, and of course haggis...tacos. They were pretty good too.
