I ordered a Sport Kilt and recieved it the next day in the mail. It's very nice and I really enjoy wearing it. BUT, it is not the quality of the Bearkilt. One must endure the wait to have the quality of a custom made Bearkilt. I have also noted that some of the Scottish companies indicate up to a 12 week wait.
Having said that I am also feeling the pain of waiting for my Bearkilt. I hope it arrives in time to wear to the ceremony for me to receive my excellence award. I thought that it would be appropriate to wear a Maple Leaf tartan to a Canadian government ceremony.

I was the project leader for a team that wrote an innovative partnership agreement between the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and Public Works and Government Services Canada.
This was the first of its kind in Canadian government.

Put quite simply, it was a method of getting the two to work together in a business partnership. Unusual for government.
