    Plant Badges Revisted

It's time to start planning the garden and I'm thinking about trying to plant cranberries -- the MacFarlane plant badge. So I did a little searching here, and found a number of older threads that might be of interest to my fellow XMTS newbies.

good luck, they need to be grown in a fairly acid soil, down around 4.5, if possible. If you don't have natively acid soil, it can be really hard to get the pH that low. Pretty much the same requirements for blueberries down here.
