Great pics Derek, your photos from Bourton-on-the-Water bring back happy memories. Next time I venture down your way we must do something more exciting than dog sitting .

Mmmmm... Fri/Sat 20/21 September you say?... I'm not on shift then.

I'm thinkin' we might manage that again. In fact it'd be lovely. I shall approach my social engagements manager when I get home after this trip and let you know if it's a goer.

I'll certainly consider this. At present Gabriele finishes work at 3:30pm on Fridays and I am free all day on Fridays, though our rotas are likely to change during August.

Oki doke's ... be great if it can pan out John n Alex. Be good to see you all. Could turn it into a x marks festival too .. everyone welcome ... it will be either the 20th or 21st Sept. Will know the exact one by the end of next week after a folk club committee meet. Maybe Jock might be down this way too ... and then theres Trefor ... whatever day we could organise a trip to somewhere interesting the next day ..

Unlikely for me Derek, its major play time for me with the grouse, partridges, duck, stags and salmon, but you never know-----------------.

Be nice to see another festival, know it's been a while but been through a few moving hiatus situations which are now settling down.

Wonderful pictures, Derek! They make me wish I was there, especially in the greenery and at the Motor Museum. Thank you for sharing them with us.
As for the blinding luminescence shining from the upper corner, I have to believe that is simple brilliance emanating from Jock's head, invisible to the naked eye, perhaps, but captured by the camera in digital eternity and for the benefit of future generations.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
