Pinhead oats are also available from www.bobsredmill.com. They do a nice online business as well as a great retail store in , Oregon. The product however is called Scottish Oatmeal, but they are pinhead oats. Also available are steel cut oats, which are very nutty and crunchy.

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

Also, www.oatmealsavage.com has pinhead oats, also referred to as Scottish Oatmeal. In addition, Charlie Lamb, who IS the oatmeal savage makes great Haggis, and will mail order it to you for your Burns Supper needs. (Or any other reason). We have used his Haggis for many years and it is as good as any other available.

Warning!! If you call their toll free number and happen to get Charlie on the phone, plane on at least an hour conversation. He is very knowledgable regarding all things Scottish and historical and loves to share. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Have you tried HAMLYNS, Martin? They carry pinhead oats, are in Scotland and you CAN order online (their prices include courier delivery to the UK mainland)!

Edited to add:- Their website has some recipes, too (like for example:- Bacon wrapped turkey breasts, filled with leek and oatmeal stuffing (sounds good, eh?)).
