You can start a line. If there is any cloth left over, we will sell it to those in line (in order which we receive requests / orders). Get "in line" by calling the shop and placing the "HOPEFUL ORDER" over the phone. 610.948.4110

Can you send my piece along from what you have on hand? I need to get started on my kilt as well and since it has to go through Canada Customs as well, I really don't want to wait for the pieces stuck in US customs.
Thanks!

We're going to cut out the kilts that were ordered first and then we will be cutting out the cloth in the sequence which the orders were called in. It's the most democratic way we can do it for those who just ordered cloth.

Just got a shipping notice -- these boys are fast cutters! So. . . does just having the fabric in the house qualify, or do I need to move it up the "round2it" queue for finished garments?

The first 4 people to order cloth only have been shipped. Truit was actually IN the first 4 (the second person), but since he had ordered 16 Yards DW and that would have eaten up the majority of this first piece (no pun intended), he graciously agreed to wait for the delayed pieces to arrive to allow 3 others with smaller lengths the chance for their cloth to ship. He's very much a stand up guy.
I am checking the tracking info twice a day for any updates. Likely there won't be any for the next week or so, but I will keep you all informed as soon as I hear anything.

Rocky, this goes against what you said in the order thread:
Once the material is in, the people who ordered cloth will have it cut / shipped the same day.
There was also a couple of kilt orders made after I made my order. I have a specific time frame to get my kilt done too and would like my cloth shipped asap. I have to start the hose ordering and velvet matching and it all takes time.

I don't think it goes against what I said in the other thread at all. Unfortunately, the shipment was partially held up, so not all the "material only" orders were able to ship as not all the material is here due to circumstances beyond my control. The first 4 material orders have shipped and there is no more cloth on hand until the rest of the cloth clears customs. The balance of the orders will be cut and shipped the same day the balance of the cloth arrives.

Thanks for all you have done to make this possible Rocky et al. I wait patiently for it to arrive....it will arrive in it's due course.

Ah, I see where I misunderstood the situation and cloth orders are going out, albeit second to kilt orders. I do so wish though I had gone with my gut in getting the cloth cut/shipped directly to me and not talked out of it.

If USAK is cutting excess from pleats on any of these kilts, maybe the shop could mail a cut to Dixiecat to help her jumpstart the matching process?
Just a thought, sorry if I'm stepping on any toes/getting in the middle of a discussion that doesn't involve me. Wouldn't be the first or last time
