Sure it does Victoria, we just get an afternoon daylight meet and stroll across the street, leg up on the stone wall, and take a group shot with the Falls in the background!
Then we all go in, warm up and have a bite to eat and a few drinks ( ice tea included).

I'm really interested in checking out the Stillhouse. How 'bout we give it a shot and see how it goes? If it ends up not being a great venue for a kilted meetup we'll try somewhere in SE or NE PDX the next time.

I propose Tuesday the 26th, 7:30 pm? What say you all?

Sweet! It's official then. Tuesday the 26th, 7:30, at the Highland Stillhouse. Rick, if you'd like I'm sure we can come up with some sort of hazing ritual, which will henceforth be applied to any kilt night attendee who dares to show his face in TROUSERS.

Well, I'm probably a fool for giving you ammunition but I do remember once, in the Army, when a group of us persuaded this particularly attractive bar maid to flirt outrageously with one of our friends who was nearly as tongue-tied around the fairer gender as is Raj on Big Bang Theory. I'm nearly as timid as he and would doubtless be hyper-embarrassed but for the good of the group I'm willing to take the bullet!
