Just a brief point of reference...I work for one of the largest global fashion companies which shall remain nameless for now. My experience with designers ranges from footwear to apparel. To sum it up just s few words is "They Are All Nuts". Most of them dress like circus clowns and to be honest act like them as well (no offense to circus clowns). They have these grandiose ideas of what people should wear but the reality is it takes teams of really talented people to take their warped visions and make them into to clothes you see and buy in the stores. Unfortunately I don't think that tartan is going to look good no matter who puts it on.

I was always taught not to comment on tartans as it causes less offence that way. In consequence I rarely comment on them. However given my huge disappointment at an opportunity missed to really impress, I will make an exception. This new creation is downright appalling, nay its worse than that, its a joke!
I have to agree. Also, maybe it's just me, but does anybody else think this looks like gift wrapping paper for a baby shower? Incredible....
