I'm sorry, I know its probably an awesome jacket, made really well, but it looks like a leprechaun's jacket. http://www.halloweencostumes.com/adu...n-costume.html. I know I am probably going to get some mean responses, but it had to be said.

In all seriousness I am now interested in which tartans would look good with it. The US Army tartan may look cool. I know the Irish heritage and the other one will be cool it matches the green.

One of the local kilt shops in Toronto has started hiring PCs that look just like this one. I think they're smart looking.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I was quite taken with it, as (to my eye) it has a bit of a military look to it, and being a Marine Corps vet, I was drawn to that.

Yes indeed! The name of the shop is "Scot's Corner". It's a really charming store which has been here for many years. They sell a lot of foodstuffs, jewelry, etc, but have a good selection of clothing. There is a center, round rack which has kilts, jackets, tartan trews, tartan jackets, shirts, etc.

It would go well with the USMC tartan. With the matching greens. That's why it looked funny to me a Marine likes it haha. (Air Force Vet here) As long as you are happy with it, who am I to judge. I am sure you can wear it well. It really is a smart jacket.
