Thanks for the message. I am a Buchan--NOT Buchanan. In fact, the two clans are separated by quite a distance. Buchan lands are traditionally centered in the northeast while the Buchanans are around Loch Lomond, which is near Glasgow.
I know well the feeling you're referring to from your trips to Scotland. I read your post about Outlander and also know how hard it can be to stop gushing about a series you love. I'm that way about A Song of Ice and Fire. I'm ready to sink my teeth in Outlander though.
