Tartan Day 2014 Photos
I am starting this thread on the eve of Tartan Day in hopes that the members here at XMTS post their photos from various events around the countries. Let's see a wide representation of the variety of kilts out there.
Good posting......

An additional note here - on Saturday April 5th, I wore my tan Kilt with a general red tartan print long sleeved shirt, with Brown hose and my work shoes. (Sorry, yes I know, no photos, but it did happen) I received many, many positive comments from customers, and supportive comments from management.
Our establishment Main Manager said I looked sharp and had many great comments from our customers.

Fredericksburg Scottish Society Tartan Day Celebration
The Fredericksburg Scottish Society celebrated Tartan Day at the Hugh Mercer Apothecary Shop. It was a great weather day and time to take the Triumph Spitfire out of the garage!

No photos, as I have never had (hopefully never will have) a cell phone, and at present no camera, but was, as usual, kilted today.
Fraser hunting, mustard Rannoch hose, Lovat green garter ties, and a blue tee with large rain forest frog. Worn to a bluegrass
fundraiser for WRFG, an independent community member supported radio station. Well received, and much conversation, even
though many are used to seeing me kilted.
As usual, in moccasins.

Two that I thought might be of interest from the New York City Tartan Day Parade. They are both pretty self explanatory.

Regarding the Cadets I thought this link would be of interest - the uniform cards for the pipes and drums.http://www.usma.edu/pipes/SiteAssets...d%20Drums).pdf
This page is of interest as well
