I live in florida now and there are all kinds of alligator heads and paws and stuff for sale at all the little tourist traps. I was thinking of a Alligator head as a Sporran but have it hang upside down .(muzzle down) might be neat. show a little bit of my mothers cajun side of the faimily. =)
