    That's a superb accomplishment, well done indeed. I've just been told my doctor that I need to lose around 20lb and still trying to work out how I'm going to achieve it.

    Congratulations. Keep it up. I lost a similar amount a couple years ago and just had to order a new kilt. I tried taking in the old one and it didn't look right to my eye.

    great job. It's an amazing simple process in concept that is complicated beyond belief by reality. Over the last ten years (at 5'8") I went from 300 to 240 in about 3 years and then to 230 in 5, got stuck and now since last April I've decreased it now to 210. Ultimate goal is my high school wrestling weight of 190. It's always nice to hear someone else is succeeding. great job.

    Well done, keep going I set myself a target of loosing 6 stone (40 Kilos) before I would allow myself to buy my first kilt. It took me 10 months. The trick then is to keep it off.
