Isn't publishing covert photographs from a movie somewhat illegal?

For anyone interested... The DVD is now available to buy or rent. On the second disk "Special Features", there is a virtual tour of a candy store where a man wearing a kilt stocks shelves, stirs a pot, etc. The vitrual tour allows you to freeze frame as well as view 360deg all around. Can't tell which tartan he wears as the lighting is rather poor.

Well, I've seen the movie two times [don't ask], but I never noticed anyone kilted. Maybe I'll check out that special-feature that Blu mentioned.
By the way, Blu, your new sig had me choking on my food for a moment. Hilarious!

The video capture that Richard privided is from the scene in Hogsmeade where Harry has snuck into the village. When Harry is about to sneak into the pub, right before he goes in there, a man walks in wearing a kilt. He walks in kind of quick, so you have to keep your eyes peeled. You can also spot a man with a highland cow later in Hogsmeade.
Because the editors desaturated the colors so much (a wonderful effect for this film), it's hard to tell what tartan it is.

Actually the PIC's were from the DVD...And you are correct about the position in the film of the kilt...both are from different scenes.
The first picture was before Harry went in and the second shot was after he ran out of the pub. It's hard to tell but I believe both are the same guy but in different scenes.
