    Be there

It will be a long trip from Federicksburg but I'll be there probably both days. Need to test the "hot weather kilt" configuration

As the date gets closer and our numbers grow, let's set a meetup time and place.

I wished I could come, but I have a tree service coming out to see about putting in a root barrier.

At last check, AccuWeather is forecasting a high of 92°F for both Saturday and Sunday. If that's the case, it will seem positively balmy compared the the last few weeks.

I'll be convening, so we can always meet up at the Clan Maxwell tent.

Tobus, I hope it works out so that you can be there. It's be a shame to miss one so close to home!

Jack Daw, we'll miss you, but plan on seeing you in Salado.

See the rest of you there.

Thanks, Shaun. You are always welcoming at the Maxwell tent. Can we set a time for our get-together? I am planning to bring some family members.

As far as I'm concerned, whenever it suits you and your guests, cck. I'll be there all day, both days.

    What do you say, fellas?

I'd vote for 12:00 or 1:00 on Saturday.

    Cold front

Great news! The 10 day forecast shows a massive cold front rolling in for the fest next weekend. Slated highs of 92 degrees, Fahrenheit! Woohoo!

Seriously though folks, it's looking good. We will have several tents for entertainment and shade, and there are some trees scattered on the grounds. Worst case scenario......I'll have the local VFD turn on the big deck gun! There will be some tables and chairs, but we're encouraging folks to bring lawn chairs.
