Must be an issue with your browser or security settings, because the site is fully navigable for me as well. Using both Firefox and Google+.

Phil , if you have anti-virus software ( i.e. Norton , Spyware , etc. ) try running a system scan and let it clean up any small " adware " bugs . Sometimes these minor bugs can cause odd navigating / access problems to various sites .

The problem seems to be here at xmarks. I can access all of the other sites shown above by clicking on the banner. The only one that doesn't work for me is the Keltoi banner. I can reach Keltoi by using a search engine. I never bothered to put Keltoi into my favorites list as it was always easy to reach via this site.
I think Father Bill has the answer. My left hand using a right handed mouse.

When I checked it Phil, it was via the banner here. Confusing!

My guess is something to do with your service provider.
I had a similar problem getting to bagpipediscs.com a few months ago. I contacted the site owner by email who said that his server was fine but that he had occasionally seen issues with individual ISP's getting their routing fouled up in some way that would temporarily prevent access. I then tried using my work laptop connected through the office VPN and got right in. A few days later I was able to get in via my home computer again.

I suspect it is because I now have Windows10, the absolutely worst program available on the internet. I wouldn't wish this program on my worst enemy.

I have checked and confirmed that the link associated with the Keltoi ad in the top banner is working correctly.
I can access the Keltoi website just fine.
I've checked it with Win 95, Win 8, and Win 10 using EI, Chrome, & Firefox.
This was on 5 different computers using 6 different IP's through 3 separate ISP's.
